First Empty Your Cup..!!
Alright.Lets start with an experiment.Take a cup.Now fill it with water.Come on.Keep on filling.What happened? Why did you stopped.Oh..!! I see.The water is falling out from the cup. Isn't it? Fine.You could now keep the cup aside and clean the counter.Done with it? Lets carry on then !!
You stopped filing the cup,not because it couldn't hold the water,but because,the water started to fall out.A cup has a limited capacity to hold,and we all know that.Anything more than that capacity fall out,and hence,is wasted.You could fill the same cup with water,tea,coffee,petrol,alcohol,mud.....or any substance of your choice.But remember,after reaching it's capacity,the cup would not accept anything.The cup doesn't care what you fill it with,what it cares about is the fact how much you are pouring into it..!!
Guys,the same theory goes with all of us as well.We are like cups,ready to accept information,knowledge,news,feelings,facts,emotions etc.But the problem is,like cup,we all are also having a limited capacity to soak these things.We usually pour so much hatred,negativity,prejudices,self created bad scenarios,what-if situations,past experiences in ourselves,that,there is usually no,or very little space left for the positive things,or the other things that could also be true/or could happen.It's like,you had a fight with someone,and now,you are full of anger for that person.It's now,that your cup is full with anger,and no matter how much love,the other person tries to pour and fill in you,you just won't accept it,and it will go waste.Or it's like when you have half knowledge about something,and someone tries to give you full information about it,but you're so full of ego and arrogance,that you just won't accept the full knowledge.It all simply go waste.
Dear people,as i said earlier,we are like cups,with limited capacity.But our capacity is thousands of times more than the real cup,if you are still thinking about the similarity.The god keeps on pouring alot of things,people,places,challenges,opportunities,feelings,emotions,experiences,knowledge,failures,success,lessons,life,happiness,sadness,friends etc in the cup...i.e. US.The problem is,We are always so full of self-created vacuum,that there is no space for the God's fillings.And then we complain,that God does not gives us enough.So,my dear friends, for having more....you must......FIRST EMPTY YOUR CUP..!! :)
