Are You Confident Enough ?
Once there was a little boy.He was not so good at studies.His teachers used to term him as idiot,brain-less,foolish chap,who was extremely misfit for school.There was no way they could make him learn anything.On the other hand,the "foolish" boy always used to wonder,what's the point of cramming dates when we could easily look them in the books.? What's the point of studying about the geography of earth,when we are not going to remember them anyway.Well,one day,the war ended,and the boy was out of school.His mother,who had mountain strong faith in him,taught him at home. Some years down the lane,the "foolish" boy invented the first commercially practical and usable electric light.That "foolish" boy was none other than Thomas Alva Edison.
Almost all of us have traveled by airplanes.Back in the 1800's,the airplanes didn't even existed.Then one day,two "crazy" brothers,experimented hot-air balloons,gliders, in the air.The people laughed at them.But the brothers researched,experimented and invented for years.And one day,they succeeded.Do you know the name of any person who laughed at them? No? Do you know the name of the two brothers? Yes,you are right. Orville and Wilbur Wright......famously known as the Wright brothers.If they would have gave up their dream and passion of "flying"......then even today,i guess we would have been travelling by land,taking too much time.
All of us are blessed with brains,equally.Trust me on that.No-one is extra intelligent or over smart.And everyone has ideas.the only difference is the subjects related.One could have ideas about science,the other,about politics.But a lot of time,or usually, a lot of us,throw those beautiful ideas,just because we are afraid or non-confident about what other's will say,or what if we fail.What if,the idea back fired ? So just to play safe,lets not even give it a chance.Or he/she said that "I" don't have the required spark......to reach where i want to,where i deserve to.What if.....Edison,after dropping out of school,never gave himself a chance.Spend one entire day in the candle-light and you will get the answer. My dear friends,first of all,get this thing straight in you.................the people who don't believe you,are not worth your time.Get away from them.And secondly,why do you want a second,third,fourth.......thousandth opinion for your idea, or dream..? Do you lack self-confidence,are you afraid of failure,or concerned about the people.Trust me guys,when you will work HARD,and you will show that your idea and most importantly YOU have the potential......all of this will appear so trivial.Even if you think that you only have 1% chance......be confident and take it.So what if you fail.YOU ARE TALENTED,and you will have a million of ideas,better than the present one,but they will count only when......you will have the courage and the confidence to implement them.Don't be a next Edison,Or Wright brother........BE THE FIRST YOU.And that's only what i am asking from you.Also, i know you have the capability....but the real question is....ARE YOU CONFIDENT ENOUGH ?,to apply that capability in the right direction.Don't answer me........answer yourself... :)
