Meditation Is the New Medication..!!

Just a short while ago,I paid a visit to our family doctor.After scribbling few names of required medicines on his clinical paper,he asked to me to do some stretching exercises,after hearing my full day "running" schedule,so as to keep my body far away from diseases and tiredness.I told him I already do so.Then we chatted for sometime about the importance of exercising and yoga and meditation.He,being a doctor for about more then 25 years,told me that how doing these things on a daily basis could actually save and avoid the need of medication.I simply agreed.It was the truth. We all are busy in our lives.Be it a teenager,a college going student,a professional,or the house-makers.Our day start at 6,7,8 A.M. and goes on till 11 or 12 P.M.We do numerous stuff in this period-we work,we cook,we travel,we talk,we walk,we sit,we stand.Full day we have thousands of thoughts,both positive and negative,running across our mind.Everyday we intake a lot of unhealthy foods and drinks.And
