Don't Shy Away From Pain...!!

Pain is a natural phenomenon.Pain can strike someone,anyone,anywhere,at any time.Pain could last for a moment,or can even last forever.Pain can be physical,spiritual,emotional,financial.Pain can be measurable,or too much to handle.Pain,sometimes can be absolutely hilarious,and sometimes could be as dark as depression.Pain can be secretive,or can be like an open book.Pain can be understood,and sometimes hits beyond definitions.Pain can be shared,pain can silently be taken to grave.Pain can be yours,pain can be mine,pain can be their's.Pain,just like happiness,comes in all sizes,in all forms.But it comes,it surely does.

If we're all surrounded by pain,in different forms,specific to every individual's life,why is that only very few decide to be vocal about their's ? Why is that only a few amongst us have the courage to show that they're in pain ? Why is the only a handful have the ability to cry,share and talk about the feelings they're feeling ?No,honestly,please,do ask yourself if you're willing to share your pain in its all true,unedited form with someone ? Or even better,don't share it with someone,but are you willing to just cry openly about the feelings that are choking your heart ?

When a pain is new to us,we treat it differently in comparison to a pain that has become constant.Like,if a person had a recent break-up,He/She would be expressive about it.But when it becomes a little old,they just stop talking about it.And mostly,it's not because of the reason they've stopped caring and moved on,but rather because they think others would call them a cry baby,or even because they themselves see no point in crying over spilled beans.A lot of people here would like to raise a question here,about whats wrong in doing that.See,when you stop talking,crying,thinking,bothering,being affected by your pain and it's causes,then it is indeed perfectly okay to move on and stop being expressive about it,because it no longer exist.But,mostly,people stop being expressive about the pain they're feeling because of the social pressures.The pain is still there,bothering and eating them,inside out,day and night,but choose to overlook it.And if someone stops treating this kind of pain,and ignores it,the results are plainly destructive.The sole point is,you need to acknowledge and heal your pain,and when you're cured of it,you can be truly happy,rather than you ignoring that thing and pretending you're happy.

So,how can one be expressive and deal with pains ? First of all,accept that you are pained.You cannot cure a disease until you accept you are sick.And then try to find out why you are pained.Is it because you failed an exam,a relationship,your carrier,or lost someone who was very dear to you ? Once you've known the source of your pain,you can deal with it more appropriately.Whatever is the cause behind it,try to treat it.Sometimes,the pain we're going through is totally out of our control.Try to talk and share your feelings with people.People you trust,people who love and understand you,people you're comfortable with.If required,cry,and cry hard.If you think it helps,cry rivers and oceans,don't hesitate.

It's only normal and human to feel and have feelings.And feelings also include pain.but when we don't shy away from positive feelings like love and happiness,I see no point why one should shy away from his/her pains.So don't be shy,understand them,share them,cry over them,but don't ignore them.Never.
